Our practice is working as part of a wider network to improve how we manage same-day and routine requests, aiming to make it easier for patients to get the right help, first time. We are also focusing on enhancing continuity of care, so patients with ongoing or complex needs can build stronger relationships with the clinicians who know them best.
Our access approach includes a mix of telephone, online, and face-to-face contact, depending on what’s most suitable. We are also improving our digital services, such as online consultation tools and the NHS App, while continuing to offer support for patients who prefer or need non-digital routes. We are listening to patient feedback throughout the year and using it to shape how we deliver care that is fair, responsive, and easy to navigate.”
